IMPORTANT NOTES ON FITTING YOUR SKYLINE R33 BOV PLUMB BACK KIT

Turbosmart recommends that your Blow Off Valve (BOV) and Adaptor kit is fitted by an appropriately qualified technician.

IMPORTANT! You will also need the following adaptor kit for this Plumb Back or Dual Port BOV installation:

R33 Elbow

Used to connect the BOV to the R33 Adaptor

32mm ID Silicon bend

Used to connect the BOV plumb back fitting with the factory return pipe

40mm hose clamps

Secures the Silicon bend assembly to the BOV plumb-back fitting and factory return pipe

Note: This R33 Plumb Back Kit accepts the following Turbosmart BOVs:

FIT TING YOUR BOV R33 PLUMB BACK KIT

Note: Please thoroughly read and understand these instructions, the Skyline R33 Adaptor instructions and the fitting

instructions supplied with your BOV before commencing this installation. These instructions follow on from Step 9 of

the R33 Adaptor instructions included with the R33 BOV Adaptor Kit.

Step 10. Install your Turbosmart BOV onto the R33

Elbow by following the instructions included with the

BOV.

Step 11. Install the R33 Elbow onto the R33 Adaptor.

Step 12. First loosen the 3 lock nuts using an 8mm

socket. Then secure the 3 grub screws onto the R33

Adaptor using a 2.5mm Allen key. Tighten the 3 lock

nuts to secure the assembly using an 8mm socket.

Step 13. Connect the Silicon bend to the BOV fitting

and factory return pipe. Secure each fitting with a

40mm hose clamp supplied.
