IMPORTANT NOTES ON FITTING YOUR BOV PULSAR GTiR ADAPTOR

Turbosmart recommends that your Blow Off Valve (BOV) and Adaptor kit is fitted by an appropriately qualified technician.

ADAPTOR KIT CONTENTS

Please check that the following items have been provided in your Pulsar GTiR adaptor Kit.

Note: This Pulsar GTiR Adaptor readily accepts the following Turbosmart BOVs:

1 GTiR Adaptor Designed to fit the Pulsar GTiR factory turbo hose

1 29mm Blanking Plug To blank off the factory return hose

1 50mm hose clamp Secures the GTiR Adaptor to the turbo hose

1 Pre-assembled tee-piece and

Silicon hose assembly

Connects the 4 throttle body vacuum fittings to the Turbosmart BOV fittings

1 6mm hose blank To blank off the factory vacuum/boost line

1 6mm hose spring clamp Secures the 6mm blanking plug on the factory vacuum/boost line

5 5mm hose spring clamp Secures the 4 throttle body vacuum fittings and Turbosmart BOV fitting

1 Atmospheric spring Recommend when using an atmospheric venting Type II or III BOV - see fitting notes

following the kit installation instructions

FITTING YOUR BOV PULSAR GTiR ADAPTOR

Note: Please thoroughly read and understand both these instructions and the fitting instructions supplied with your

BOV before commencing this installation.

Step 1. Undo and remove the 3 bolts on the left hand

side of the intercooler cover with a 10mm spanner or

socket.

Step 2. Undo and remove the 2 bolts on the right hand

side of the intercooler cover with a 10mm spanner or

socket. Then remove the intercooler cover.

Step 3. Using an 8 mm spanner or socket, loosen

the bottom factory hose clamp securing the

factory hose coupler to the bottom intercooler

hose fitting.

Step 4. Using an 8 mm spanner or socket, loosen the

top factory hose clamp securing the factory hose

coupler to the top intercooler hose fitting.
